Disappointed as always rated this place for food and service. But this time the person who took the booking was really rude. Also quite rude when we turned up for our table. Food came in good time, but the keema nan just had no filling and when I questioned, the waiter said there was some in the corner and that's fine! Luckily another waiter told the first waiter to just replace it! Food was not like we had before, but that was afew years ago.
‏Doesn't exceed expectations! ‏Most of the staff were looking at me from entering even while eating! As if something strange was happening in front of them! For the first time in my life A restaurant that serves a dish of hospitality Papadum + Chutneys PP and then says pay for it!!!!
Service was really good, warm welcome, quick to take drinks orders and get us started. Food was prepared to a fantastic quality and really quickly for such a large group. They remembered where most orders were on the table when the food came out too which was a nice touch. This was some of the best quality Bangladeshi food I’ve ever had so highly, highly recommend.
From start to finish it was awful! We booked a table for 6 and got seated at a table for 4!!! Not enough seats or place setting. Didn’t get moved and told to squeeze into the round booth! They forgot 3 items from our order. Major attitude from certain staff members. You’d think asking for another drink was a chore for them! Time to pay and splitting the bill and the waiter tells us the way we split it isn’t enough for a tip!!!!! We were going to cash tip but after that…. No! Honestly a nice evening was ruined by rude staff and poor service. Food was mediocre but feel that if good staffing would make it feel better. Won’t be returning and will be telling all that I know not to bother.
Food was yummy but staff really let it down. I felt the same the first time I went. When you are talking to them they have no interest in you and barely listen. We gave a tip at the end via card but we were still due change from the cash...we had to ask for it!! The staff were more interested in entertaining a guest on the next table to us. Even leaning on our chairs to talk to them! Needless to say I won't be back.
Awful. We ordered a takeaway. We had 2 curries and it was really awful - bland and tasteless, lacking salt and spice. On top of that the prices are expensive. It's £2 more than our local takeaway. And for some reason, the takeaway is the same price as dine in? Usually it's cheaper for a takeaway. For the price, I expect complimentary poppodoms, dips and samosas as they give this for free in most takeaways and restaurants when you're ordering a takeaway. Its not good value for money at all and we won't be coming back.
Was so hungry I forgot to get photos but the food is excellent, the staff are efficient and friendly and the menu is extensive with something for everyone including that person in your group that doesn't eat Indian! Have been going there for years and can only recommend it.Food: 5/5
Visiting this lovely sea Side town we found this great restaurant just located a few mins from the beach front 5 mins walk from the pier of Worthing It’s truly a fabulous restaurant. The restaurant is very clean,the staff are very helpful & friendly. Food here cooked to perfection. we ordered the mix plater also the sheek kabab to start & chick shish as an extra for the mains. The lamb Dansak with chicken tikka Biryani and a portion of the chicken grill dish to share The side orders Tarka Dahl and panner Spinach . The food was on point all of the dishes. Thank you for a great evening and beautifully cooked food to end our mini weekend break We definitely recommend. Kid-friendliness: Great place for family’s. Parking: Parking is on main road just outside the restaurant. It’s pay and display parking.
Amazing meal, food was piping hot, staff were very friendly and social distancing was in place, all staff wearing masks/visors. Lighter curry pictured is a Malaya and the other is a Pathia. Naan bread was cooked perfectly, very fluffy, would definitely recommend and will visit again when in the area!
92 hurstfield lancing I was completely dissatisfied with a chicken balti with no sauce and a bone keema nam with no meat stone cold couldn’t eat , when I rang I got from the person at the other end I’ll talk to the driver not good enough Mahaan you should of issued a part or full refund or at lease offered to pick it back up as it went it in the bin. I will NOT be buying from you again!
