Turned up late and the wrong pizza and was cold. Delivery man moaned and said he doesn't make the pizza. Spoke to someone and resent the order at half price but then turned up another 20 minutes late. Complained again as you would and then was patronized for calling. Disgusting service. Do not order from here

Absolutely disgusted with pizza hut yet again ,,,,, ,used the same excuse as a few weeks ago as to why the pizza, chicken wings was stone cold, garlic bread burnt and also stone cold and potato wedges stone cold and hard, due to "traffic"!!!! I have come from the town and didn't experience traffic at all! Complained a few weeks ago too being told we would get a voucher, still not received!!!! Given these people the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions but this is the last WILL NOT be using these again!! Pizza hut.....u need knew chefs and drivers!!!

Ordered from them last month. They messed up my order, so the manager added a credit to use on my next order. Called today to order and the person serving on the phone was rude and initially said they do not deliver to my postcode. I reiterated that i used the service before, he then put me on hold and then agreed to proceed. he then was unproffessional and said that he was not responsible for what happened last time and refused to add my credit. The manager on duty backed him up and disagreed to deduct the credit from my final bill.. Horrible people. I diconnected the call. I am never ordering feom there again.

This is a franchise. Well shabby, and they hide the prices of the deals. Foods good though. Just poor customer service.
