Absolutely terrible service. 1hr 20 minutes for delivery. Turns up eventually, the driver makes me come out to pick it up from the car!?! Ring up to ask for money back was told they would send a fresh pizza but as much as another cold pizza being delivered about 10pm sounds great i declined. So they send a driver and ask for food back for some reason!! If there was a 0 star rating it would not even do justice to how badly and unprofessional run this hole of a pizza place is!

Avoid like a plague. Waited for over an hour for a delivery and did not even get an apology. Worst service ever. I hope Papa John's will soon realise what this franchisee is doing to its brand.

Absulutely horrendous experience. Very unprofessional staff. There were 4 members of staff present but not one of them came to take my order while I stood at the counter. Just talking and joking with each other while customers waiting to give order. Very messy store. The boxes were piled up high near the worktop and toppings. Didn't look clean. Cleanliness questionable! Bought 10 pizzas from Dominoes instead where I got good customer service. Money well spent.

Great pizza with delicious dough. Pizzas are a bit expensive at full price. It's a small place so you have to wait a while for your food at busy times. Service isn't amazing but it's friendly and helpful and gets the job done.

Their customer service can be really bad at times but the pizza is good.
