Nice food but get the order right! My husband rang to tell them they got the order wrong and they were adamant they were right.... erm, I heard him order it, it wasn’t right. Whatever happened to the customer is always right??? Clearly doesn’t work for here.

So we thought we'd give it a try only to be let down was told 30-45mins for delivery 1hr 20mins later it turns up kids food was right order mine was wrong ordered the fillet burger to receive spicy fillet burger and partners order wasn't even there had to ring back and ask where it was to then wait another 35mins for it to arrive not even a apology or offer of discount so won't be using again also no free bottle of drink even though order was well over 20pound

We have ordered from this kabab shop numerous times with the orders being a bit hit and miss, we put this done to being busy and mistakes do happen. Tonight my wife put and order in via their website that could she has cheesy chips for my son which they had not done for my son in the previous order sometime ago, which we had paid for and did not get...once again they messed the order up again by giving my son normal chips and and the filling for his burger was completely different from what we ordered. After numerous mistakes, we have decided to go else where for our takeaway, my advice to anyone else out there thinking about ordering from this establishment and don't mind having a different order from what you ordered online this is the place for you.
