Takes too long to answer the phone, if at all. Rang twice tonight (a Thursday evening, hardly the busiest night of the week) and they just didn't pick up.
When I've got through in the past, the staff don't even know the deals they have on and sometimes claim the ones on the website aren't available, even when I've ordered them before.

After waiting an hour for asap delivery, I called Pizza Hut to enquire as to where my order was. To be told I had received my order, to which I clearly hadn’t or I wouldn’t of been calling them. They then realised that my order had been delivered to a neighbours house and offered to send a replacement order to me for free. How is it for free when I had already paid but due to their incompetence did not receive. To make it sound like I am being compensated, I then had to wait a further 30 minutes. So a total wait time of over an hour and a half, then to receive a rather poor quality and tasting pizza. I feel you’re service and product quality terrible along with you’re customer service. I cannot believe they tried to make out I was being compensated with a free pizza due to their lack of incompetence. I am highly disappointed.

Took longer than an hour. Had to ring about 12 times and when someone did answer my call they were extremely rude.
