I've never eaten pizza like it. People of Leatherhead, you're in for a treat. P.S. I don't know what they do to the Pepsi, but it's the best I've had in my 27 years on planet earth.

Very disappointing experience. After waiting over an hour for a large order on a weekday evening the pizza's and sides arrived cold. I called the store both before the delivery to express concern as we were told 25 mins, and also after to let the manager know how unhappy I was that we had to eat cold pizza after spending $40. He made no attempt to make it right even though I spent a lot of money. We will take our business elsewhere in future. Mistakes happen but good business sense would tell you to make it right to keep your customers happy and coming back.

Poor all round. Didn't have the base I ordered. Delivery took twice as long as estimated online. Pizza received undercooked. Needed to put it in the oven to make it edible. Totally unacceptable. Won't be ordering again.

pizza is ok but i order with no cheese but keep being deliverd with cheese bit anoyying

Extremely inconsistent service! Ordering feels like a gamble as sometimes you get amazing quality quickly, other times it takes +50 minutes and you get soggy pizza. Used to be loyal customers but now reconsidering.
