Absolutely shocking service! ordered a pizza to be delivered for 1pm, after calling numerous times with no answer, the pizza was fianlly delivered stone cold at 1:50pm. The delivery driver was then shockingly rude of told us to "f**k off, you pr**k" when we asked for his name when his response was "do you think you're the only ones ordering pizza?"
Terrible customer service, when I finally got through, they did offer me a refund or credit on my account, but we will never order from them again.

I've ordered from this establishment three times in recent weeks. The pizza has been delicious on each occasion. All orders were delivered on time. No issues whatsoever. In fact, I can say with certainty that I will not be ordering from local competitors going forward. And I am a fan of the garlic dip. So there. 😁

Terrible. Used to be the best pizza, now consistantly arrives late, cold and soggy. Won't order from them again as offer of free pizza when I have already been waiting an hour is a waste of time.

I have ordered many times from this Papa Johns over the past few years and the service is consistently excellent! I order for special events at the school where I work and we must have on-time delivery; they have always been reliable. I have recommended them to colleagues who are also very happy with the service.

Communication terrible also only 1 deal over the phone told me to go online also couldn't even explain one of the desserts to me told me it's an hard boiled sweet which they don't even have, absolute joke
