Excellent staff in store. Very organised and food was lovely. Would certainly buy here again. Shop very clean and presentable. Quick service and food was worth the money as served fresh and hot.

Extremely Poor service from this store. I made an online Order and set a delivery time for later in the day (Giving the store 3 Hours to complete my order). The order then arrived late (I'll give the delivery driver a pass as we do live on the edge of their area) and was not sent in full (It was also one of the pizzas so an integral part of our family meal). We told the delivery driver that we wanted a refund as it would take too long for a replacement order to arrive. When the store called me, the manager was very blunt with me. He told me that they were busy and if I if I wanted a refund I would have to drive to the store to collect in cash (defeating the object of ordering with Delivery) or call customer service. When I asked for the customer service number, the Manager put me on hold, left me there for 10 minutes before taking me off hold and hanging up on me!!! I then had to find the Customer Services Number on an Internet Search Engine. The conversation with their Support Team was Laborious to say the least! After the long drawn out process, I was then told it will take up to 16 days to process my refund!!! 16 DAYS!!! I understand that due to the order being placed on line that there would be 3, maybe 5 days. This experience has left a real sour taste. I won't be using this particular branch again. I wonder if we would get a similar experience at Dominos or Papa Johns? I doubt we would get service like this from a Local Independent Pizzeria.

Food was fresh and hot quick delivery, pizza was really tasty staff really friendly, will be ordering again thanks ☺️

Food has always been hot and of good quality, but be aware that the pizzas are smaller than what you get in the main restaurant and so value for money is reduced.
