Over past few weeks gone absolutely terrible Last week cold food and let it go as a one off, Same again on next order, today ordered on just eat app , paid online 8:10pm,rang direct to shop at 9:20 they said on way , hence living 1/2 mile away , rang again 20 mins later and then asked what did we order as the app was down, My mrs then decided to go round and get her money back, meantime food turns up, if the app was down how did they no the order. After ten mins of her arguing in shop refusing to give money back to her , they did and she left. Definitely will not order again ,been regular customers for nearly 3 years recently under new management gone down hill

Very annoyed. Paid via their app but the order didn't show at their end which is not unusual. I phoned as usual to ask for them to refresh their screen. This time a new guy was on the end who could not understand what I was asking, refused to believe I'd paid, raised his voice and inferred several times that I was trying to pull a fast one. I have no food and no refund. I have confirmation of payment.
