Great service, fantastic pizza. Although it's pricey, it's the only place in the entire Harrogate district that I've found with good and CONSISTENT pizza. Look forward to yet another order : Ps - no problems taking special requests. Ideal for picky eaters
Customer service is perfect however food is inconsistent and certainly is not worth the price. Sit in restaurants charge less for much higher quality produce.Food: 4/5
Delivery was late, therefore cold. Shop refused to refund or replace. Order was also wrong. Won't be going back. Shame I couldn't give it zero stars.Food: 1/5
Amazing service from Sal today. I was having difficulties ordering through the app, waited a long time then called up and talked me through it all on the phone. Ended up being charged twice so I hope you see my email requesting a refund. However, can't fault this guy, he went above and beyond, even delivering the missing drinks himself. Thank you so much. Definitely my favourite takeaway, I regularly order from here and will continue to do so!

Excellent Service from Sal since I started using the local resturant for work events and personally. We have just held another Pizza Party for 50 guests and not a morcel left, delicious. Thank you again for excellent service!
Absolutely shocking service by what I believe was the supervisor there. I had to call to chase my order after an hour of waiting. They had no idea where it had gone, the girl who dealt with my complaint was lovely and offered a free pizza next time I called and advised she’d “put it on the system”. I called up to claim said free pizza and was passed onto a man with a foreign accent who went on to interrogate me quite aggressively and suggest I was lying as there wasn’t any evidence of my free pizza in their diary... He refused to honour it and said he will call me in the morning once he’d spoke to head office then put the phone down.
Well what a joke! Well for such a big multi million pound company why are you scamming the very customers that made you the money. Wasn't scammed much but if you are doing this to every customer & order around the UK this amounts to a huge money making fraud!!! I was charged for things I never ordered & never even got. I'm glad I took the receipt from the delivery driver! I also got a call from the manager from the Starbeck Store to say the driver had been trying to ring which never happened as I was on the phone to the manager how was it I answered her when she rang? Really was an absolute joke! Only 1 item matches my order & 5 items are completely different listed on the receipt which I never even received. I have kept all the evidence because it's the worst customer service & experience I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Pure incompetence & a money making scam!!!!
Ordered a single pizza at 18.27 it’s printed on my receiptsaid it would be 25 minutes, called at 19.40, I was told it was dispatched and should be within 20 minutes. I called at 20.10 to find out it hadn’t been dispatched, asked to speak to the manager and asked for an explanation/discount and got neither - he just said it’s busy and will be arriving soon. 2 hours for a single pizza which was somehow burnt and cold and no refund. Great job!
Absolutely abysmal. If you are happy to wait 2 hours and hope the order is incorrect this is the place for you! Shocking service! I would like to comment on the food but we never received our order. We did get food, but not our food. We would have eaten it but it contained literally every ingredient across the board so there was no telling what it was supposed to be. Never again. Do not order from here.
