Generally really quite good. Certaiy way better than other rival 'big name' pizza delivery places. I only ever get these using deals however, as the regular prices are simply way too high. Nigh on £20 for bread and cheese isn't something I can find peace with... Thoroughly decent pizza...

I absolutely love Papa John's. Delivery always as it should be and haven't had any major problems apart from that they didn't deliver a tub of ice cream, I did call back and they said they'd deliver but didn't. Still really enjoy it though, all the food is great and never had a problem with any of the delivery drivers.

I ordered a cheese pizza (so I thought), and what only can be described as snot on a bit of bread arrived. The worst takeaway I've ever had. I'm sure they don't care about customer service one bit, reading the previous comments. Great franchise management though!!!!
