Pizza Hut Delivery

The 1 star I gave is for the chef. The food is wonderfully cooked but the rest of the workforce let's it down. The food is at LEAST an hour late, they don't answer the phone and the delivery guys give flimsy excuses when they arrive late, ie stuck in traffic. You get told sorry if it's cold, please feel free to call the restaurant and then they don't answer so you have little choice left to you. If you like good pizza order from here but be prepared to wait. Maybe order an hour earlier than you need to!!

Food was good as always, service was trash, food came 40 mins late and the driver knocked my door as if I was a wanted fugative, we have a doorbell.

Took 2 hours 2 deliver my order . Constantly called the store to ask where the driver is and lied to multiple times on the location of the driver. Very bad service for convienience and the pizza came cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOUR PIZZA WILL COME MINIMUM 2 hours late

Ordered online and paid by card. Settled down to wait. Then got a call saying they don't deliver to my area (I'm a 5-10 min drive away) and that I'd have to call head office in the morning for a refund. When I did they said it could take up to 17 days to get my money back and gave me a reference number! What a joke. I just wanted a take away pizza, not a massive headache. Look elsewhere.
