First time in a while that I used the drive through It was late at night so I didn’t get out into the restaurant . I managed to fit under the height beam (just) and was faced with a barrage of lit up meal boards describing the wonderful food on offer!! Having made my decision I went to the order area and gave my order . As it was confirmed the item popped up on screen with the price . When I had finished ordering the lady at the reception end repeated my order to me and I checked it on screen. I could actually hear what she said. Having been asked to move to the first window she took my payment and delivered my order in quick time . No complaints

Must hold the record for the slowest drive through in UK. They don't even use the grill order parking bay's and just keep everyone in the queue waiting.

I received a Big Mac instead of the big tasty that id paid for but I didn’t realised until I got home. I took a picture of my receipt & the wrong burger & emailed them & received a call from a nice girl at the Mac Donald’s who said she’d remembered who was on etc and that she’d send a voucher or compensate, but I never received anything. I then looked further into it & the franchise owner had to ok any refunds so I emailed them directly & never even got a response or call or anything! 👎🏼
