What I made at pizza feast Member of staff also made other stuff we've been busy thinking of new ideas for the menu
The food was ice cold on arrival. Meat was extremely hard. Without exaggeration it hurt your teeth to chew. Pizza dough was burnt and black. There was no taste to it but tomato pure which wasnt all that nice. The vegetarian pizza the same. The vegetables were hard also. The garlic sauce was watery no garlic taste to it but just a vinegary taste. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place i will not be ordering there again
Do not order from here. My three pizzas were not cooked, the dough was still completely raw and the chips they gave us had blatantly been reheated in the microwave, you could tell by the burn marks on the box. Rang to complain and they had the cheek to question me when they know how they sent that food out. Now Im being told I cant have a refund on food that was inedible and would have made us ill had we eaten it and that was returned to the shop. Never known anything quite so ridiculous in my life.
I use this place all the time and mostly the food is amazing, now n then it's not as great but can't be perfect all the time. But today for some reason the wraps were tasteless and cold and even tho I wrote on the message bit I only wanted lettuce and garlic sauce I got loads a diff salad and not much garlic sauce, I don't like cabbage and the rest of the salad so I had to pick it all out and was left with a mess. And the chips cheese and bechamel sauce had next to no bechamel sauce and the chips were over cooked and the cheese hadn't even melted as the chips were cold. So very disappointed. The pizza we ordered looked very nice tho.
Food came in very good time, food was gorgeous. They did forget bottle of coke on delivery however rang up and they asked if we wanted anything else delivering for free along with the coke. Coke bottle and other free food came 10 minutes later. Delivery driver also gave us some snickers bars and apologised lots.. Customer service 10/10.
my first time ordering from here and my last..very disappointed.food was cold...chips were hard..cream cabbage was lacking the cabbage just thick slop..garlic sauce was like water dripped all over. ..payed £2 for a piece of cake..it didn't even cover quarter of the container, we ,ordered a family sized bottle of coke and they sent a can..what a waste of money!!!!...don't order from here.
I'm foreign. And in England since 6 years and I never ever ate something as horrible as that thing I order frome this place. They using old products they work in filthy place and they don't give a damn about customer. As soon as I opened my pizza I was ready to bring it back and shoot it in this retired imigrnat who act like a chef. Old black mushrooms on it old greeny sticky and smelly ham And burn all over Just be aware people.
Rang and asked where our order was, said the food had been brought back due to no answer despite the front door being attached to our living room. Offered a £1 delivery fee to bring the same food back that hadn't been delivered and when refused apparently the same lady who answers food also delivers pizzas and was in the car who takes the orders while she's needed as a passenger in delivery drivers car? sham of a pizza shop
Delivered uncooked pizzas and empty microwaved chips. Returned. No refund offered. Apparently Manager is in Miami?? Pre lockdown?? DO NOT ORDER
Guyss!! I'm missing my two cans of coke. I ordered 4 cans in total. And then you guys go up on and close on me. You have two missed calls from a not so happy first time customer. Can someone please return my 1.60p or supply me with two can of coke tomorrow. After then we will call it squits.
