Excellent place with so much variety of food! From fried chicken to milkshakes. Always found the customer service positive, orders within an expected time. Handy it’s open quite early too, would recommend! Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and halloumi burger
I thought i could never rate a takeaway so low, but this shop has let themselves down badly. I ordered from them delivery a while ago through an app. and delivery was expected 60 minutes. After thus time tried to call constantly for almost next hour as they kept their phone line engaged. Upon answering and enquiring about delivery they said its on the way. I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes for the delivery and for what only 5 burgers . Such bad and poor communication and rude staff over the phone. Wasn't happy with food either as it was cold. Burgers bun were crumbling and dry. Chicken fillet was chewy and thin , not enough quantity and quality. Never ordering again.
Asked for no veg in the burger, it came with veg, chucked it in the bin. Select coca-cola, came with Pepsi. Usually order via JustEat, so careless and lazy. More times than not they’ll leave stuff off the order meaning that you’re paying for things you don’t even get. A few weeks back they even managed to forget to put mayonnaise on my burger!? Tried calling them 5 times to give them a chance to rectify their mistake but they don’t even answer the phone.
If I could rate lowers I would ….Not happy at all order cam in time but driver was so rude charged me £22 for 5 speedy Burgers and a panini all cold came up to £19.60ish driver was rude to me at door and when rang the store to complain she said she will see the driver and ring me back then hung up the phone now an hour later still no phone call back….. was ago to take away but the way I have been treated is disgusting and vile how..dare u treat your customers like that not Happy at all and now getti no hassle saying I’m wrong
Everytime I order from here over the phone, I tell them I'll be 5 minutes please have my order ready. I turn up about 15 minutes later and guess what, they don't have my order ready! This has happened multiple times! Yesterday I ordered a chicken wrap, I told him I'll be there in 5-10 minutes; I turned up 15 minutes later, only for him to tell me that they are waiting for fresh chicken strips to come out. He told me to wait a few minutes, but I knew this was a lie, so I walked out. 20 minutes later he calls me to tell me my chicken wrap is now ready. 20 minutes later!!!! When he actually told me it will be a few minutes. Luckily I walked out. I'd rather go to a place that has your food ready on time, and if the food isn't available, at least they will be honest and tell you it's gonna be 20 minutes or so! I don't think I will come here again, especially for myself!
It was so nice to have howdys boneless banquet in this price.The chicken is fresh and they offers a verity of combos. One smashing thing is their spicy chicken deals.looking for more new items. Good luck.
What a Fried chicken Definitely Better than KFC. and Tried Jumbo Flame Grilled Wings and Mild Sauce on the wings makes them Yummy. I had Milkshake one of the best I would say and Price were not too bad. Thanks Howdyz
Very bad customer service, the Indian girl who served us today was very rude & no manners. She was giving dirty looks & didn’t even say thank you.
Got a hash brown felt hot bit into it and the middle was freezing cold. Chips are really dry. Food has gone massively downhill. Not the best customer service.
