Today, we visited Epping Pizza Express after discovering that the Harlow branch was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. It turned out to be a great decision! The staff at Epping Pizza Express were absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and welcoming. Our kids were delighted to receive coloring sheets and Pizza Express paper hats, which was such a thoughtful touch.nnWe ordered two starters, two pizzas, and drinks, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding, making our experience even better. I highly recommend Epping Pizza Express to anyone looking for a great lunch or dinner spot. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
Absolutely love coming to Pizza Express in Epping! The service is always amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walk in. The food never disappoints: fresh, delicious, and served hot. The portions are generous too; one course is more than enough for me.nnWhat really makes this place special is how fantastic they are with kids. Specially the manager Carlos. The staff go out of their way to make families feel at home, and my son absolutely loves everything about this place—it's always a highlight for him whenever we visit.nnOverall, it’s a perfect spot for a relaxed and tasty family meal out. Have been to a few Pizza Express restaurants over the years, not normally my favourite choice to go as we make pizzas with kids at home - but I have to say that the Epping one is by far the best one I have been to. My most recent visit was with work colleagues for a leaving meal, we was there for a few hours and the service was super. Drinks when we needed it, good food and no rushing. Even when it came to pay, there were no problems with everyone paying towards the total - which at some places can be or at least seem to be difficult for the restaurant.nnIn terms of food - recommend the hot honey dough balls and also the Spicy dough balls - both really nice! Calzone was pretty good as well! Also tried a couple of beers I haven't previously tried which was nice.nnThe restaurant was clean and tidy, as you would like to expect. Would certainly visit this restaurant again...!
Absolutely fantastic experience at Pizza Express!nThe food was delicious, flavourful, and perfectly cooked by Stephen. The service was just as impressive. Carlos went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Friendly, attentive, and funny.
I've just ordered and collected food within 10 min from this place. Never had such a poor quality of food from a Pizza Express before. Got heartburn from this. I paid over £26 for this horrible food. I ordered Lasagna and Chilli prawn with dough balls. The Lasagna was likebotched together from a previous order as it did not look, taste, or feel fresh. It was also not hot at all almost cold.nThe dough balls were dry and hard like their old. The Chilli praws were under cooked. Just all horrible. Will never go to Pizza Express in Epping again. Wasted.
