Four of us ate well. Service was excellent and very attentive. Food was all good. The children's meals are great. My pizza was delicious. It was huge and thin crust. We also had a classic pizza which was a little undercooked. Mixed salad a bit uninspiring. Otherwise excellent. Had a great experience here. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. The restaurant is very clean and the food is served quickly and to a high standard. I had an issue with the pizza express app not recognising one of my rewards and this was resolved effectively by the waiter and manager.Food: 4/5
We went for lunch, two of us today and it was a wonderful experience, food was fabulous, service was amazing from the lady who looked after us at the start to the service and checking in with us from the Manager. We felt special, cared for, we loved the pizza choices great that they have the calories on now too for informed choice and we even got praised for having dessert, which were yum, and cappucinos! Really amazing service, I think the best Pizza Express in the area for sure! Thank you, we will be back soon! Deana
Everytime my family and I come to the Epping restaurant we receive the best service. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help you in every way. As someone who suffers from a lot of food allergies the staff are really good at making sure everything is safe. It is our family go to place when we go out to eat Dietary restrictions: I suffer from a lot of food allergies and for a food restaurant chain, I can eat the majority the menu compared to other restaurants where I only have a few options to choose from
We went to Pizza Express after a very busy day just for a quick and easy meal. We were greeted straight away by our waiter Carlos. He was very attentive and friendly. Service was fantastic and we will be visiting again
Absolutely brilliant experience every time! Baris, Carlos, Sam and the whole team are always so welcoming and professional, an absolute credit to the brand. We have eaten in many Pizza Express branches over the years and this one is by far the best! Excellent staff, wonderful food and brilliant service, can’t fault it!!
Went for dinner here on NYE with a group of friends, 6 adults, 4 children, the restaurant was busy with a lovely atmosphere and Henry our waiter was attentive from the start & great with the kids constant extra orders. The Manager checked we were all ok and to top it off the food was superb ! Thank you for fab time ! Kid-friendliness: All the kids quirky requests were delivered with a smile ….even down to a little pot of redcurrants and constant dough ball orders !
My family visited on a Sunday morning for my sons birthday. The staff were great with the kids as they instructed them in making their own pizzas and kept them occupied between courses. I would highly recommend this as an option for children’s parties.
Fantastic place, like being in Naples in a warm summer nigth. Amazing traditional pizzas and side dishes. Kudos to our waiter Guido who really made us feel at home, felt like knowing him for ages.
