Pizza Express is a restaurant group with over 470 restaurants across the United Kingdom and I'm pretty sure this is the best one of them all. This Pizza Express Italian restaurant serve delicious, freshly made pizza, plus there's a takeaway service so you can have their tasty pizza to go.

Nice enough food, as expected, but really awful service. They were slow, unhelpful and pretty rude. You'd be better off going to the pub across the road.

Ordered from deliveroo- pizza was over an hour late! Worst customer experience I've ever known. Pizza was the wrong order and cold. Would not recommend to anyone.

I love pizza and to be honest Pizza Express pizza's are pretty good. I like Pizza Express though occasionally the pizza can come out just a little below what I would expect from Pizza Express but not too often. In regards to Orpington I would give this place a 4 star, however I have given a 3 star based on the level of service. In each of the 4 times I have been there the service hasn't been the best or again what I would expect from Pizza Express. The 1st time I went there one staff member was a little too brisk to the point that it felt a little rude. (not seen this person again though) Each visit has been better and though the staff have been friendly they aren't quite as attentive as I'd like waiting staff to be. This doesn't deter me from going again, it would just be nicer to gain their attention quicker. I have decided that this place is too noisy - the acoustics makes even a little noise fill the room so when it's full, it's not a nice place to be at all.

Classic pizza express; good food, reasonable price and friendly, helpful staff.
