To warn others- Just had an Indian takeaway from Naz balti on Orpington high street. After waiting almost an hour (delivery address was 3 miles away!)The food finally arrived stone cold and was disgusting! I called the restaurant back to complain and was told that the driver had done many deliveries I requested a refund due to the poor quality. The “manger”got on the phone and very abusive saying they don’t do refunds. I had tasted the food so I should pay for it!! I’d have to taste it to see that it was shocking!!!When I explained my customer rights the manager said I would have to return the food to get the refund. I agreed to drop the food back to receive more abuse and outright refusal of a refund. Finally after 10 mins of waiting and requesting a refund I finally got my money back. Manager threatened to call the police as I was requesting a refund! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!

Amazing food. Ordering not great, you have to repeat your address at least 3 times, then they phone you later to confirm it. Don't like that the delivery driver (Rick Wakeman) rings your doorbell but then has to stare through your living room window. Apart from that the food is always amazing and fresh......second to none for Indian take away.

Been having Naz Balti for 10 years and never had a bad meal. Its better than most of the local 'sit in' restaurants too.
