Ordered a meal last night, and it was really awful!!! The Thai red curry was just watery and far too sweet than I expected. It was like eating a desert than having a meal! Really sickly. The salt & pepper bean curd was beyond edible. It was just coated in salt and I couldnt even put it in my mouth without feeling sick. It should not be that salty, hardly any pepper or the bean curd was tasted, just over powered by salt. Lastly the Ho Fun with mixed veg was just bland. Absolutely no taste atall. Overall very disappointing and I definately wont be ordering again or recommend this takeaway. Appauling food. Sorry but I am being honest here.

Poor Service all round!! Placed an Order via the Hungry House App at 7:10pm with a delivery time of 8:10pm. This then changed to 8:24 pm. Called them at 8:25 and was told it should be with me in the next 10-15 minutes. 8:50 came so I called them again and was told they're not sure how long it would take. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30. Food turned up at 8:55pm!! As I'm sharing out my food, I notice that my allergy requirements were totally ignored!! I've been on hold to Customer Service for over 20 minutes now and still haven't spoken to anyone. When I finally did get through, to someone at Hungry House, they said that I would have to make a note everytime I place an order of my allergies, even though I used an App and pressed 'Order Again' to copy my exact same order!! Totally lost a customer, and I hope people read this review before thinking of ordering through Hungry House and/or Lotus House

Made an order today through hungry house at 8pm, was told it would be around an hour. 9.20 we was told it was just being sent out, 9.45 nothing called the shop and the person on the phone didn't really seem apologetic at all. Proceeded to tell me to hold whilst I hear him putting in more orders! Followed by shouting and swearing. Then when he remembered I was on the phone he left for 5 minutes he then tells me the drivers outside & I'm expected to pay full price? And take up my complaint with hungry house. Sent the driver straight back! Keep your food! Obviously not missing out on much judging by reviews!

Disappointed, the noodles were actually spaghetti. The black bean sauce was was a rich gravy, not sure where the black beans were. The crackers, duck and spring rolls were ok. This was a good alternative to my local, sorry, not anymore.
