A family of 5 booked a meal in Pinz for 6pm. The children aged 5 & 7 were excited to go in the play jungle, on entering they were told by a surely worker that it was closing and she wanted to go home, although it’s usually open until 7pm. We chose Pinz specifically for the play area for the children. We made our apologies explaining to management that we had changed our minds and left to go somewhere more child friendly.
My grandson loved it. First time for him as we don't have bowling near our village. Great fun. Will go back again also very nice girl on desk .
Great day at the bottomless Prosecco day with my friends. Very pretty interior, lovely staff, fun and friendly atmosphere and the interior isn’t what you expect from the outside. Would highly recommend their cocktail / prosecco days. So pleasant to be in there can’t wait to go back for the Christmas evening.
Place looks great, staff awful only 4 of us in the place, still couldn't come and take an order, 4 members of staff doing very little, couldn't crack a smile between them, such a shame given the money that's been put into the place.. assuming covid funded!! Wont be making it back unless they take on some mature staff!

Very very great food i been here all week after been let down in another place very badly and horrible. But the pinz bowling is only a wee walk from the premer inn. If it wasnt for this place i wouldnt off managed to eat all week. Lovely place. 1 down thing for it is no wifi but sometimes thats good cuz shouldnt be on your phone all the time.thanks again guys.
Went for daughters birthday. They let us start bowling as we were there early which was nice. However we were told it would be Lane service. 35mins into our hour and we had to go to the counter. The guy there couldn't care less when we said about not being served. Staff were wandering around aimlessly doing nothing yet couldn't even serve any of the people waiting for them. Lane then broke and it took 10 minutes for someone to go sort it. The time was not added on to our game.
Soft play with a bar. What's not for a parent to love? And proper cocktails, including a few frozen ones. There's bowling, kid free areas and a beer garden, but didn't explore them. They even come to your tables with tablets, take your order and deliver your drinks. Well, as it was quiet, they were congregating at the bar chatting and had to go find them, but expect that's different when it's busy. And not taking a star off for that. Will be back.
