Nice place to go with friends and family. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. There is a bar - buy a soda, had a heart attack, 2 pound for a glass, yeah right. Drinks are expense. You can buy food too but we had something b4 we came. There are game for all. Also had over 8 pool tables which cost £1 per game

Having arrived at 4 it was fully booked which was fine however the girl told us to come back at 6 as it was free from then. Didn't say we needed to book it or reserve it just come back at 6 so we did having travelled 60 miles to get there we weren't going to turn back now. So 2 hours were almost up so headed back in and I heard someone else getting told come back at half 7 so went up to query our advice about coming back at 6 to then be told if u haven't booked then it's now half 7. The girl that served us didn't offer to book and  didn't say anything to admit she had made a mistake in not offering to book a slot as she was standing right in front of us and nothing was done to rectify the situation. There was many lanes closed so either poor maintenance on them or why could they not have them all working at least 10 lanes were closed/ not being used. Poorly managed in the end we drove back having wasted a majority of the day getting there waiting around and coming back.

Had a fantastic time bowling with the kids. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. New arcade area with tokens went down a treat l. Looking forward to going back soon

My baby boys first ever bowling outing and he loved it, however trying to get the screen sorted and the railings up for just my son and daughter was frustrating.
We ended up just keeping the railings up to avoid complications any further. 
Also it wasn't as expensive as other places that I've bowled at but there was a few inconsistencies with the amount for the same order on drinks.

Bowling was good unfortunately let down by the food, they didn't have their signature burger then I ordered the chicken burger which took 40 minutes to come and then was so overcooked it was like eating leather it took me another 40 minutes to eat it, but as I say the bowling was good and the staff very attentive.
