Place has recently been improved, new games added which made the whole experience more fun! For me personally the quality of food could be improved, also kitchen closes too early. We couldn't get food at 8pm.
Bowling is good. Staff are always helpful. Pool tables though are a complete joke. When new tables were installed they were nice and level. They should be for £1.50 per game. Someone then decided to move them all and never levelled them up at all. I've asked many times, maybe next time I'll take a spirit level in and a spanner. Will not be paying for pool until this is sorted!
A staff member came up to us at 9pm and told us we weren’t allowed to play on the machines until we finished our bowling because everybody needs to be out the building by 10. we were almost finished with our final round She was very rude to us and didn’t make us feel welcome. We finished our game by 9.20 pm and left immediately. Completely ruined our night…. Service at the bar took very long and drinks are overpriced. Pints tasted bad, they were flat and watered down. The place got much worse since our last visit.The overall experience was very underwhelming for the price..
Bowling good seemed to be busy, Didnt need to wait on a lane. Car parking very busy struggling to get a space. Wouldn't rave about the food personally but my friend said the burger was good.
Very efficient, friendly, and helpful team. The bowling system is fun and, thankfully, hands-off these days. We booked online, which put our names on the lane. We will be back more to improve our scores
Lots of parking, book before you go, covid safe inside. Unfortunately our lane continued to only put 9 pins up, we got staff to fix it once but just continued to play after it kept happening. Food was nice.
The place has been redecorated, it looks really good. I came in for the pool tables which can take card which is handy. The place is very clean and tidy, I'll definitely be back for more.
When we got in we asked for bowling shoes and it was obviously an inconvenience to go and get them from the back as "hardly anyone uses them anymore". It was not a good welcome to be honest - especially as the visit was a special treat and we were excited. I ordered food to come to the lane from the QR code which arrived and was good. I then ordered a further large coke zero at the cost of 2.90 and it never arrived - we played to the end of the third game and left. The sanitisers were empty in either side of our lane and there was no other visible sanitiser - which is a pain when eating and bowling. The cleanliness could have been a lot better. Wasn't a five star experience at all and was overall underwhelming.
Very poor service, waited 30 minutes for drinks, one of which wasn’t available and the other two tasted like water. Bowling lanes and place overall needs a refurbish, hard wooden seats and lanes that aren’t level but that could be my bowling. Recommend travelling that bit further and head to Falkirk for a better experience.
Always amazing service from the team at stirling. Especially Andrew he’s always very accommodating and never lets us down. Well done guys Thanks for some brilliant nights D
