My name is Theresa Jones my son Paul phoned yr company at the beginning of the week to hire a unit yr company  has taken payment out of my bank but hasn't got the unit I've sent a text message to you and phoned yr company  numerous times but can't think get no response from yourselves I am going to take further action  I wouldn't rate you as a good business this is scandalous

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Worst company ever!

Arrived with a rental van to find that the unit was already rented out. Called & texted for hours to get a message saying someone from security will be round. Waited hours and no one showed up.
Had to unload the van and take it back.
Got a text saying sorry and a new one would be allocated. Arrived a week later and same thing again! They dodged calls and started texting me from a different number.
Again, had to unload the van and take it back. Lost one week AND two days rental!
Third time, told that one was prepped. Arrived there with no code and no response from calls or texts. Eventually found a storage locker empty and placed it there.

7th week in (lost a week so actually 6) and I've been charged the full amount already! 8 weeks, what BS!. 

No security on site, no cameras except ones on neighbouring companies.

Sent an email again and got no response. Typical of Pink storage. 
Lost a week at the start, two days van rental & time and now paying full price after the 7th week.
Happy to provide screenshots to nonbelievers. 
AVOID!

Cheap and convenient, but also rough and ready. Works well for me.

Signed up today, got access codes straight away. Storage is new and clean. Brilliant size for the money over 3 times bigger than safe store and cheaper. Will be using short term ready for emigrating. Don't be put off by bad reviews simple errors can happen. Will recommend in the future.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for self storage what I like about them is how easy it is to get set up and moved in certainly takes allot of stress out of the moving home. Thanks Guys
