1* only because I could not rate 0*... Shocking service, appauling customer service... Driver "alleged" intercom was rung & shouted at gate... strange the cctv does not show this... AVOID AT ALL COST CHEAP AND NASTY, POOR SERVICE.... DO NOT USE

Terrible. I missed a delivery and arranged a redelivery. I was told they were not able to offer any timeslot and it would be an all day delivery. I waited the whole day and nothing arrived. I checked my front door pretty much every hour just in case I missed it, but nothing. No card to say I'd missed them and no knock to the front door. I contacted their office the next day and was advised I'd missed the redelivery and would now only be able to pick up my parcel from their office. I told them I had waited in the whole day and definitely no-one had tried to deliver my parcel. They told me that it's not the driver's interest not to deliver as they get paid per delivery. If this was the case, why was no card left to advise me of this apparently missed delivery? I found the office staff to be rather rude and confrontational as there was no benefit of doubt that they may be in the wrong. I know for a fact that my item was not delivered and would have heard any knock to my front door. I cannot get to their office to pick up my parcel and will be sending a formal complaint. This company is awful. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Apparently, they attempted delivery 3 times but only actually received a card once. Phoned to query and was told it would be delivered today. Waited in all day and received an email from the company where I placed the order to say the parcel had been delivered!? No delivery and no card left again! I live in a relatively small house and have made sure the house was quiet so I would here the door/door bell! Phoned the 'two penny' firm and had a very poor response from the female receptionist, stating that it was an error, it had not been delivered and was still actually in the van... However, they would not be redelivering! For them to initially say it was delivered and the driver not to leave a card boarder lines on theft! What an absolute joke! I'd stay clear of this company as they are clearly incompetent of even the simplest of tasks, like delivering a parcel, which is what they make a living from (apparently)!

They gave me someone elses package and sent mine to the wrong person. I took it back to them and they wanted me to send it back and pay for it. Crazy people. The delivery service is all aroubd terrible they only keep ur package for 2 days and their answering machine where you are ment to leave a delivery date failed and they kept delivering on wrong days then blamed me. I would never use their service.
