Another stunning meal! Recently tried Pings after my nearest chinese has gone downhill, tonight I placed my second ordered and it was another great experience. The food arrived on the estimated time slot, and everything was piping hot! The driver is always friendly. The salt and pepper pork ribs were delicious, 4 nice meaty ribs with lots of flavour. Almost had to fight for one they were that nice. The The roast pork red Thai curry was full of flavour and packed a nice hot kick I'd definitely recommend if you fancy a change from the regular curry. It's my favourite dish so far. Honestly I wouldn't go elsewhere now. it's fresh, flavourful and quality food. Thank you very much. A new customer, but a returning one!
So after sending us a single piece of toast and flavourless food due to the fact they didnt salt 'salt and pepper chips' and chowmein tasted like over cooked and watery mess. Chips were slimy and undercooked Best bit was curry parcels and if you only want them and rude service go for it. Normally includes fortune cookies which we give to my daughter but not included. Delivery driver turned up with several people so was like a small gang outside my house. When i called to complain was told its a new owner he doesnt really speak english but all it was because i ordered on just eat. Wasnt willing to even change chips and bring another piece of toast because surely shocking quality must be shameful to the owner new or not. He basically argued and after agreeing he would bring it after i disagreed with 2 different people then went back on his word and had the gall to have someone call me back and tell me that his menu says that it should be 1 piece and that i should call and directly order not use just eat. I obviously became irate and told him we will never order from them again. I urge anyone who reads this to also not make the same mistake as this was the biggest waste of money i have had in a while. I wouldnt feed it my cat.
Absolute jokers, ordered a curry, didn't send rice, like seriously ??? To be told the shops now shut theres nothing they can do.....totally s**t customer services. Owner spoke on phone said he would call back... then the driver called back lol Used to order regularly, clearly wont be again. If I could have rated 0 stars for their performance tonight I would have. do yourself a favour and steer clear!
OMG. I’ve used Pings countless times over the years and did not realise it’s under new management.. Just ordered and it was the worst meal I’ve ever paid for, and could have knocked up something better from old food at the back of my cuboard. Gutted I’ve been robbed of £23. I’m not just being harsh, my partner ordered different food and we’ve thrown the lot in the bin. Wish I could upload a picture of what we’ve received.
Brilliant ,just had our first takeaway from Pings and it was lovely . Had quite a few bad takeaways from various places and have been put off but decided to try Pings and so glad we did ....kungpo chicken, crispy shredded beef in sweet chilli,satay chicken skewers were perfect. Will definitely be using Pings again.
After seeing reviews stating it's under new management it makes sense. Used to be really good but went there the weekend and it was poor. Chips were stone cold and the food doesn't taste the same. Not awful but just not as good.
Food was over an hour late... Ive orderd from lots of places and this is by far the worst I've recived in a very long time! £25 down the drain cold tasteless food! Never again... Should avoid at all costs
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT - AVOID This used to be my favourite Chinese until it changed hands. The food has gone downhill, its bland and tasteless. The overall quality is poor.
The food is nice but avoid at all costs, ordered at 8.40, got food at 10.25. No apology. Would like to go no stars if possible.
We ordered it tonight Absolutely disgrace and heartless cooking AVOID AT ALL COST DIRTY FOODS COLD FOODS BEEF IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE COOKED FOOD officers will come and see the shop soon We have notified to the Walsall councils They are very dirty the way they cook
