I have been a regular customer for 12 years with only one problem before being I found a hair in my food, i took the food back and was cooked a fresh meal there and then with the full refund as a good will gesture as this had spoilt our family meal. So last night I ordered online at 6.40pm to not receive my order until 8.10pm then to find my order was all wrong. I rung the takeaway who then retook my order and sent it back out. I bagged up the incorrect order and waited until 9.10pm for my meal. I found that the order was wrong again. I called back and they couldn't do anything about this and the manager was going to call me at 10pm and what I was told by front desk they were to add comment on their system to have our next meal of that value £15 complimentary next time which was also reiterated by the delivery driver. I waited and no phone call. I have rung again this eveing to be told i can't talk to the manager as there is a language barrier, when I could clearly hear him in background to then be more or less told I was lying as they sent driver out with refund. I wouldn't waste my time and effort trying to get their customer service if I had it dealt with in first place. I am still awaiting a call to resolve this as 2 and half hours last night and poor customer service yeterday and today had left me fuming to say the least. Me, my friends and my family will never go back here again as the way I have been cast aside once they had the money was disgusting. I gave 4 chances to rectify this matter but with no positive outcome.

Placed a order along with chips and missed them off. Delivery driver then tells me I give a fake £20 note when I just got it out of a cash point today checked it over in the house it's fine!! Then to top it off I phoned the place up to question about my chips and was told i never ordered them and to say the driver accussed me of giving him fake money. Also the worst is I apparently give my old address to deliver it to and why on earth would I do that for!! Idiot!! Food doesn't taste that good either and now cold!! Would never recommend this place at all and I will be telling all the ones I know who eat from here about this experience!

Disgusting. Every single time I've ordered from. Doesn't matter what day of the week the chips are always stale and rock hard. I wouldn't even feed them to an animal. I bet the chef wouldn't eat them himself. Avoid
