I highly doubt there’s a better dry cleaner in this city. He has a passion for clothes and went above and beyond to fix my leather jacket. That cost £4k. He kept it for pretty much 3 months and did it over and over. Even got specialist chemicals sent over from Italy to get it right. And only charged me the Standard price. Love you dude you’re the best
I recently visited Pinfolds Dry Cleaners for an express dry cleaning service, hoping to quickly prepare some clothes for an important event. Upon arrival, I was met with rude and dismissive staff who were unwilling to accommodate our request, despite my willingness to pay extra for express service. Their attitude was especially disheartening given that I was accompanied by my elderly grandfather, who was treated with the same lack of respect. I’m shocked by the stark contrast between our experience and the many positive reviews that led me to choose this cleaner in the first place. I really hope this is an isolated incident and not a reflection of their standard service.
I had a Burberry wool shawl washed by you guys last year and never had a chance to wear it out of trust and weather so I got it back from the shop and didn't open it until today. I found out that it was washed white for me! This was a fatal mistake for the shawl. The whole garment is ruined.
A fab experience at Pinfolds- i dropped off a pale jacket with a tricky red wine stain yesterday and it was as good as new today. A lovely customer service experience, seemed super organised and good value. I wont go anywhere else in future!
Adrian is one of the most wonderful people I ever met and the service is always amazing and brilliant..and pinfolds is always my first choice when I need to do the clothes cleaning.
Unexpectedly outstanding service from a dry cleaner/laundrette. I had a very large and heavy bag of laundry cleaned in their 24hr service for only £14.80.
A great independent cleaners and tailors. Adrian is always friendly, helpful and does his best to accommodate deadlines. Would highly recommend.
I just got back from the laundry shop.Person over there was so nice, kind, and helpful. One of my top had colour stains. He told me that you had already tried and he couldn't do much, but he suggested some other things for me to try. Please do visit - 10/10 service.
Have used this place a couple of times now for dry cleaning. Recently brought a suit in with a badly torn sleeve to be repaired, and I must say it looks as good as new the owner even stitched up the other sleeve which was a bit torn! Fast, reliable service with a very friendly owner. Definitely one of the best dry cleaners in Birmingham!
