We have had Mop Heads do our cleaning for many years. Our cleaner is excellent and very trustworthy. The office team are lovely and never have any problems. We recently have had laundry because our washing machine broke. Clothes came back folded so I didn’t bother ironing. It is picked up one day and delivered the next. Can’t do better than that! I have recommended them to several friends already who are now customers.
I have just started to use Mophead’s & I am extremely happy with the service they provide. Trustworthy, polite & worth every penny. A full consultation was done before we agreed & Tanya was so lovely, I felt happy to leave my house in their hands. I look forward to coming home when I know they have been. Would highly recommend. I have used Mopheads on many occasions for both cleaning and ironing and have always found the service very good. It is lovely to send a black bag of washed but very creased clothing and bedding and receive back beautiful ironed items carefully package in cellophane bags. It makes me want to get rid of my ironing board and iron as I could never iron so carefully myself!
We had our church hall cleaned by Mopheads in anticipation of covid restrictions lifting so we can reopen. The ladies were friendly and professional. They worked hard all day and it shows. Our hall hasn’t looked this clean in years, it sparkled and smelt so fresh and clean. We are extremely pleased with the work done and recommend them.
I have used Mopheads to 'manage my life' for a number of years now as I work abroad a lot of the time. With both their ironing and cleaning services I am always impressed with the standards of their work. Their team, whether the person collecting and dropping the ironing often at a very responsive quick notice, or coming to clean in a polite and practical way, are friendly and focussed. Give them a try!
I have been having my house cleaned on a weekly basis by Mopheads for over a year now and I have always been absolutely delighted with the service provided. Each week it is the same lady who comes to clean and so within a few weeks she was very familiar with my house and soon knew exactly what needed doing each time. The standard of cleaning has always been high and I love coming home to my newly cleaned house! There is the added benefit of knowing that there will always be a cleaner provided each week, as any staff absence due to illness or holiday is always covered by other equally capable members of staff. The whole business is seems to be a well oiled machine, thanks to Tanya's extremely conscientious attitude and hard work. It is also good to know that anyone employed by the business is paid a proper salary with all the usual benefits. I have nothing but praise for Mopheads and I would recommend it unreservedly to anyone in need of some help in their home.
This company are great - they go the extra mile every time. I'm a working Mum who couldn't manage all I have to do without the help Tania and her girls give me. The house sparkles every week and my ironing is immaculate - never smells of smoke and everything is presented beautifully - I've used other "similar services" in the past - they weren't a patch on what Mopheads delivers, and for over eight years I've been a very happy lady.
I have used Mopheads for a number of years now and I am picky by nature. They are trust worthy, very responsive, professional in what they do, and have always looked after me when needed.
