This surgery was good .. but has gone down hill when they change Gp.. the new Gp’s are rude and treat people like animal and make people feel like they are an inconvinient!! The Gp forgets that without patients there is will be no surgery! They keep changing people medication against the specialist advice!? No offence but a general practitioner does not know better than an specialist! And they don’t even consult with the patients ., the Patient only get told when resqiesting repeat prescriptions! This is just about cutting cost is a disgrace!!

This surgery must have the most uncaring robotic senior partner gp imaginable. Zero compassion or understanding. is is disgusting to think he earns approximately £60000 p/a. He may have passed the medical examinations but i'm sure he failed on people skills.

Unless this is your only option as a Practice seriously avoid it. Reception staff are fine, certain GP's are shocking, very rude and uncaring attitudes.

Complete lack of compassion and ready to get you out the door as soon as possible. Getting an appointment is impossible and you are filtered through to a phone consultation before they even consider giving you an appointment. Receptionists, however, are fantastic and have to deal very well with a lot of complaints. I can never fault the service I have received from reception.
