Receptionist were fab this afternoon sorted an appointment at short notice then seen by a different doctor. Doctor Clark who was lovely and really helpful. Thanks guys x

Outstanding Surgery. The patience from staff is amazing. I have seen them remain patient when dealing with some very difficult and rude people. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. What I don't understand is how many people miss appointments and then moan about not getting one. My neighbour recently joined forest - which shouldn't have been allowed as all he does is waste the doctors time when he doesn't have any real illnesses. It may be better if some patients go to other surgeries and leave those of us who know how to talk politely to have this wonderful surgery.

tried to book an 8 week appointment for my son at 6 weeks. i was asked to hand in paperwork for him that i had previously done and they hadn't dealt with. was told the appointment would be impossible to book as there would be no space. the receptionists here are outrageous. i am amazed after all the years that i have been using this surgery that they are still in a job with them. i went to badgerswood in headley to arrange the same appointment and change my surgery to them. all was sorted paperwork and all within 20 minutes! i will be taking matters further as i am furious with the way that i was treated.

It is only possible, apparently, to get an appointment if you telephone at 8-30. When you do start telephoning at 8-30 the answerphone keeps telling you to ring at 8-30 until past 8-35. The reception staff are poorly trained & do not listen to your requests, preferring to answer the question they think you gave. I was told, at 8-40 am that I could not have an appointment at all & that I would have to ring back the next day. I am travelling to work at 8-30 so I have to make special arrangements to call at this time. Whenever I call it appears that the Doctors are off sick, I suppose it comes from hanging around with all those sick people, or on holiday. I do not get holidays because I am too sick & waiting to see a Doctor. It seems to me that there are to many fat cats making an easy living at this establishment. They have no concept of customer service. My previous surgery, Highview, was excellent & I never suffered this type of pitiful service.
