Room was large, airy, beautifully decorated with great natural lighting with a beautiful view of the lighthouse. Beautiful spacious bathroom.nnFood was delicious with a great menu and staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. Can’t recommend Pier 36 highly enough
Had a family meal and was out of this world . Chicken noddle soup to start and and chicken stack for main . 10/10. Kids meals perfect also . Our server Caroline went over and above to look after us as my wife is very fussy and always finds something to point out and Caroline took all on board and sorted it out perfectly. I would highly recommend this palce
Very comfortable bed. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are not suitable for people with mobility issues. Steep stairs to access rooms. Missing a few standard amenities in bathroom - tissues, wash cloths, bath mat. Great location with excellent views from room.
Great little spot with great views from room. We stayed in the multi-level en-suite. First floor is landing, next is bathroom, then 2 more flights to top floor and 2 bedrooms. The room is right next door to the pub. We had breakfast and I thought was one of the best we had in Ireland : loved the town and will def be a return for a longer stay. Golf course is great as well!
I've always liked Pier 36. I first visited years ago and was looking forward to going again for something to eat. It's in a really nice location, although parking availability is so-so. The place itself has a lovely traditional bar/pub feel to the interior. The food was very tasty which didn't surprise me, the only fly in the ointment is the staff were blunt and sometimes difficult to find to ask for the bill etc. This might have due to the fact that it was relatively busy however. Still worth a visit though over all
