I was very pleased with the service from Pickfords, after opting for both packing and removal.  It was all pretty efficient; and everything went according to plan after an initial video appointment.  The price was a little more than what I'd been expecting, but ultimately it was a very good job.  I spent the best part of two days with the removal team, who were friendly; couteous; and clearly experienced at what they were doing.

The team were punctual, motivated and clearly had a well practiced process. This aided a smooth pack and removal service with no signs of stress at all. The added bonus was their politeness and ability to get on with us the customer. I would like to give a special shout out to Steve, Chris, Liam and Sam, the formula clearly works.

I used Pickfords in Basingstoke last weekend and found them to be utterly fantastic. Unexpectedly moving my 5 bed house by myself, very efficient team, looked after everything. Made what was a difficult task so much better. Lee Norris your team was brilliant thank you!

Very efficient and friendly staff for my move.  They made what is always a very stressful day far less stressful!  Overall I would highly recommend.  The initial video survey was also very helpful.

I wasn’t sure how to rate Pickfords. All the guys on the ground, and Tee the driver get 5*. They were brilliant, communicative, thorough, helpful and just genuinely nice guys. Including Clint, Josh, Callum, Chris and Sam. The main office in Glasgow however was abysmal in their communication and how they dealt with a delay caused by a lorry breakdown. Total lack of problem solving skill, accountability and communication. 1* for them and for late delivery - through no fault of the front line crews.

Dan M and Lee E both have recently packed up our home found them to be very efficient helpful and courteous. We all enjoyed sharing the pastries. Great work thank you Kim and Barbara
