My Company I work for rents an office on these premises. We've always been happy with the services provided at Access Storage Basingstoke. Staff Members Stuart, Adam, Brain & Adam are always friendly and approachable in main reception. If there is ever an issues they are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a Office space.
Cannot fault Brian, Adam.H and Adam.S. They have been so incredibly helpful with both my moves. So friendly and really great guys!. They’re all a credit to the Basingstoke branch.

Saw Stuart initially in the office for a review of what I may need. Stuart was very patient going through sizes of the units, showing me the units available. Process was quick, clear, answered all my questions so we were good to go. On the day itself, Adam handled my 'input' with the removals guys, and it went very smoothly. Would recommend Access Self Storage to anyone wanting a quick, easy on-boarding process, good selection of unit sizes, and the support received from Stuart and Adam in Basingstoke.
Friendly service,unfortunately pricey despite discount for new customers and no 24/7 access only during opening hours.
The Basingstoke team pulled out all the stops to get our office solution in place as quickly and easily as possible. Thank you Stuart and Brian especially, you really did help make our move to be stressfree!
