£48 for consultation and physio, supposedly for an hour but lasted less than 30 minutes. I didn't feel like the physio knew how to treat the injury, but made it up as we went. They were very kind and friendly, but I did not feel they made a positive impact on my injury and value for money was horrendous.
Had a same day rapid test, fit for travel, however the certificate did not arrive at all, meaning my travel plans were missed, costing several hundred pounds to rebook, as well as missing work and personal plans that were extremely important. The management attempted to prove the certificate mail had been sent, with “screenshot” proof but it was fabricated. The test appointment was not even completed at the time on the “screenshot”. The cost of test was refunded after great effort on my behalf, but the management refused to cover rebooking costs of travel, which was a direct result of the systems failure. All in all this is the worst testing encounter I have had, from more than 30, as a frequent flier all through 2020 & 2021. Use at own risk. EDIT: To the businesses reply - no threats were made, only that I would not leave the premises until I had at minimum a refund, not at all unreasonable. I eventually received the rapid test travel certificate, the following day. The company still insists that they sent a certificate email 30 seconds after my test was made it’s a 3rd party that sends the mail which is clearly false. You can also not accept a rapid test reading for 15 minutes, meaning even if their claim was true, which it is not, they would be performing tests incorrectly. I cannot stress enough to consider testing options.
Luke has been treating me for whiplash and sciatica. His manner strikes the balance between professional yet at the same time very personable. I am very happy with the progress I've made under his guidance. The exercises I have been beneficial as well as the face to face appointments. I'd highly recommend Luke to anybody.
The courteous service was fine, although the timing of my test results had me very upset as they did not arrive until the early morning of the day I was to leave for my trip. I was up all night until I fell asleep about 4:00 a.m. I then checked again at 8 a.m. and my results appeared. The write-up said if one has the test before 4:00 p.m., then the results should appear in your email before midnight of the next day. My test was at 11:30 a.m. I guess the lab was running behind with the Covid outbreak. So, I was able to make my trip to Orlando to attend my daughter’s wedding!
Superb service ; this team is really helpful and specially Mr Saurabh Gupta who takes so much pain so support you at all times. Those who plan to travel and need a fit to fly , just choose this team. They are very professional . I am sure that they charge a little bit fees higher but at the end of the day , they save you from facing hassles . Dedicated multilingual team to support all needs. Luke has been really dynamic in helping me recover from a calf tear and then a hamstring tear. In treating both issues he developed a good rapport to help me understand what I had done and how we were going to treat and then hopefully strengthen the areas so that I could help prevent similar injuries in the future. What I particularly liked was the way he understood my needs.
Efficient and friendly throughout. Easy booking. Excellent service by Cesar in Norwich. And great thanks to Trudy for sorting out my mistake on the pcr certificate. All so I could get to Marrakech. Highly recommended - both physioWork & Marrakech.
The team was very responsive and accommodating. I needed to move my test and they helped me out with that with haste and with no issues. It is nice to actually have people helping you out instead of automated emails and long waits when you call. Cheers, friends!
Luke Bartley has been great , helping me recover after a car accident. Not only did he give me exercises , massage + cracking me etc but encrouged me to rehabilitate myself by swimming , yoga etc instead of just having a strict strechting routine! 5 stars
After a car accident I was referred here and was treated by Elod. His attention to detail and treatment was exceptional. Would recommend him to everyone looking for physio/treatment. Appointments were always on time and a text the day before to remind you of the appointment. Great service
