I had a very thorough initial meeting which went much further than other physios I have been to. After the first two weeks I am already feeling a lot better and taking less painkillers which is incredible. Hoping that after another 5 sessions I will be running the London marathon.
From my initial phone call to making my first step into Back in Motion premises your approach has been exemplary and helpful. I came with problems after hip replacement 7 months ago which I’d been told was either muscular or sciatica. Jonathon took many notes and did much probingouch! and confirmed muscular and showed me in detail. Since initial session have had one with Georgina who found same spot . Later had first walk with reduced pain so looking forward to next session with her and the stiffness and pain fading away as she is predicting. John
In May 22, I suffered a significant knee injury after falling from my bicycle at high speed. My ligaments were 'smashed', A&E's words, not mine. I was scheduled to compete in an important national sporting event just 8 weeks after the accident and was told by doctors that I stood "no chance" of taking part. However, with excellent treatment, assistance, care and advice from Back in Motion Wymondham and Manjiri in particular I was able to prepare, to train, to compete and eventually come away with a silver medal! Thank you so much Back in Motion. I have no hesitation in recommending your services.
A delayed review - Prajakta saw me back in summer for a sports injury in my knee & calf. She kept me doing sport at the time, advised on strengthening regimes & 6 months later I’m still pain-free and performing better than ever. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Prajakta for sports people. Also, booking/customer service was great.
I had a very thorough and helpful initial review with Manjiri, following breaking a bone in my foot. She understood the impact this accident was having on my Multiple Sclerosis and gave me a programme of exercises to follow at home, and in their well-equipped gym. I already feel more positive knowing that I can exercise safely again. Many thanks.
My mum Janet is very pleased with the at home physio sessions she has been receiving for several weeks. Due to a long period in hospital last year, my mum lost her mobility. Back in Motion is helping her to regain her strength through a prescribed set of exercises. Jonathan, who visits, is very kind and helpful, trying to get my mum back on her feet again. His sessions are helping my mum to regain confidence as he has a very positive manner. The students who accompany Jonathan are also very caring. My mum would like to thank Charlotte who has been visiting weekly for her care. Highly recommended.
Georgia was extremely thorough and professional in her diagnosis and treatment for my severe back pain that I'd been experiencing. I am so grateful that Back In Motion were able to fit me in urgently. I feel so much better and confident that with Georgia's guidance and exercise plan I will get back to normal activity again, free of pain.
As someone who has no knees due to arthritis, I have found working with a physio very helpful. I struggled to find a new physio after my long term physio packed up but came across Back In motion about 6 months ago. What drew me to them was the classes that they run in addition to the physio treatments. Back in Motion really is the full package. Physio, rehab classes & relaxation massage, all under one roof. All of the therapists & support staff are lovely & very caring & supportive. I’ve had a few health setbacks lately but both my physio & my Pilate trainer have taken 5 minutes to check that I’m ok. After a break from my classes I now can’t wait to get back into the gym & start building my strength up again.
I am indebted to Back In Motion for getting me back in motion not once but twice... The first time after crushing a vertebrae and being unable to pick up my tennis racket but a careful programme of gentle exercises in the Pilates gym found me playing in veteran matches again. The second time was when a stroke left my left side affected so much I was unable to walk. The domicillary therapist, Amy, is outstanding she tunes into my mental and physical needs as though I am the only person in the world worth helping I am now walking with aids. Thank you Back In Motion for being there because NHS physiotherapy was not ongoing. 80 year old customer Diana.
My back/leg feels so much better after attending physio sessions here. My treatment is still ongoing and I'm feeling the benefits. Staff are friendly and tell you what is causing the pain. Definitely recommend them.
