What a disgrace! Doctor and nurse looking down their nose at me and my poorly daughter. Wasted trip to be told 2 years for treatment after waiting 2 years with chronic eczema. Never again will my daughter step foot in this dump!

I've had two appointments here for physiotherapy so far and had a really good experience. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful and the physiotherapist, Paul Harrison, is one of the best NHS health professionals I've ever seen. He's really understanding and takes the time to listen and fully explain things, and he's the first person I've seen in 3 years who has made me feel that I can actually recover.

I have been lucky enough to visit here for  an out of hours appointment twice. The receptionist is lovely, very helpful and professional. The doctor also very nice and took time to listen to me and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. It's so frustrating trying to get through on the telephone to my GP and so I am pleased I managed to get my appointments here.

Saw the out of hours GP service for blood tests and ECG.  Receptionist was friendly and welcoming.  The nurse who I saw was brilliant.  She explained everything and treated me with dignity and respect.  She has started to restore my faith in medical professionals.  Thank you so much.

I spoke to the most wonderful lady called Janet at the Pheonix Centre who gave me a contact number for a smear test. My doctors at Heywood Health  argyle st had cancelled on me 3 times! When I called and spoke to Janet I was quiet upset as I had completely lost faith in my doctors surgery. Janet was caring and super helpful, I just wish my surgery had staff with even a quarter of Janet's customer care and compassion. My appointment for my test is tomorrow at the Pheonix centre and I cant thank Janet enough.

This is my first visit to this place for my Psoriasis treatment i found the people at reception to be really helpful and the nurse and staff to be caring and attentive

Had some teeth extracted today and I am very please to say how pleasant my experience was. Staff was lovely and not judgemental. Everyone was very professional and excellent  team work.

Went to get my first Covid-19 vaccination Excellent social distancing and very safely done and the jab done in seconds and didn't even feel it.  Had my 2nd Covid-19 vaccination on the 7th of May

New system for ear syringing would be better if your Nurse turned up. Receptionist couldn't be more apologetic - that's why the service scored more than 1 star.

Went for my first covid  jab on thurs march 11th took all of 10 mins very very well organised thanks to all concerned well done see you all in 12weeks.
