From the moment they receive your order from the other company or companies as sometimes there are as many as two others involved beforethey receiveyour information, they are on top of it to communicate with you in a phone call and not an E-mail. Phillips Logistics does their very best to work around your schedule for delivery to ensure someone is home and your items arrive safely without issue. They arrived within the time frame they had quoted, and even helped carry the items inside. I have nothing but positive response to their level of customer service.
