Good bus station well laid out public toilets around the side of the building clean they were and a warm waiting room with displays of when your bus is leaving and vending machine for sort drinks and snacks

Translink....Belfast to Dungannon....on time...and bus stn ..at Dungannon...very helpful...

would be good if your service's run on time and if it says a time that they will be at the bus stop to wait until that time.

Provide good service. Are pretty reliable. Drivers are usually friendly and polite.

Very poor communication. Woman at the ticket office wouldn't help me unless I already knew which bus to get, despite there being no one waiting behind me. So I went to the information desk where I was given the wrong transfer time. Much stress and anxiety could have been avoided had the staff been more forthcoming. No printed details of the transfer, just hand written notes upon request and the bus driver didn't announce stops as we went as if everyone is magically supposed to know where to get off.
