Easy to get to.  Overnight parking but you CAN'T park up front otherwise employees have nowhere to park in the morning.  I opened my doors, put bills in the back and parked in a dock.  They woke me up with my bills and being unloaded.  It is a small lot so take your time.  Easy money here.

Ordered mobile home windows from a supplier and they were shipped here for pickup.  They held the windows until the order was complete and we could pick them up.  Very friendly and helpful staff.  The only issue was the facility is small and only one vehicle at a time can pick up order.  The one vehicle before us was loading when we arrived so we had to wait until they finished and secured their load.

Waited 3 weeks for a shipment after being told each week it was going to be on its way. Ended up driving 3 hours one way to get my equipment. With no reimbursement. No apology. No respect for the customer.

They don’t have a store where you can walk around, and you can’t go back into the warehouse, you have to know exactly what you want, their patience with questions seemed rush.they seem preoccupied with their phone clients. Probably won’t be back.

Have anything containing to mobile homes

Never a bad experience shopping for material here. Always great customer service and there pretty quick and efficient getting you what you need. -York Home Performance

They are in business with H& M Remodelers and will not service what they sell! Our central air is only 2 months old and leaked all the fuel!  They try to push you off on other companies for repairs. They did not install but should stand behind their product.

Great window For mobile homes

Even though they didn't have the item I was looking for, they were very kind.

Always have what I need, delivery schedule is soso, but pick up is prompt
