Having used Philipsons for many years with a service second to none I have to say it pains me to write this negative review! I arranged for my car to be MOTd a week ago and was given a satisfactory date however upon arriving at 9.45am there was no one available. After waiting for nearly an hour I phoned and left a message on the answering service. No one returned my call. I do understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances but not to reply to a voicemail explaining the situation is unacceptable and in my opinion no way to run a business

Had my transit connect and vw golf in here, decent honest lads and very reasonably priced

All work done spot on,sailed thro its mot..

Many thanks for going above and beyond  Cheers lads
