A great local. It gets really busy during events/matches at Croke Park, but most of the time is is a comfortable, friendly place with excellent Guinness at a very good price served by attentive and professional bar staff.
Great venue for a pre gig drink next door to Croke Park. Very busy so be prepared to queue a while, but fantastic atmosphere.
Nice staff and decent pint. Had a problem with getting a wheelchair taxi for a friend of mine .but some of the locals who drink there overheard us and within 5 minutes had one out side the door and one younglad who we didn't even know payed for it on his app. Lovely decent people a rare thing to find in dublin these days Jimmy and derek
Guinness not great even though it was served in a proper Guinness pint glass. Everything else is served in plastic maybe this is only for gigs in the local Croke Park but they do not ask if you are attending a match or gig there Its no wonder the local residents complain !! My partner who is not fussy actually said She would prefer to drink her wine from the bottle instead of the plastic container. Poor sadly.
Great place, great service, great Guinness, great games, great screens. Fabulous experience.
Very cosy pub nice staff but Guinness only 8 out of 10
Great pub for prematch pints. Plenty of staff on to deal with large numbers. Two floors to choose from & large outdoor smoking area. Highly recommend
Great staff and comfortable areas around the pub to relax with friends
If you are a Guinness drinker and enjoy some banter with the crew behind the bar then you will enjoy this pub. As a dub I'm experiencing my 1st trip to croke Park yes I know and stopped in here for a few and I nearly missed the game because the pints are where so nice. Top place, with top staff and highly recommend
Great atmosphere and a cracking pint of Guinness
