A fab gym where the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Over the many changes of the pandemic they have adapted rapidly and successfully, with classes and training moving to virtual when necessary. Then, when such things were permitted, they were able to arrange to hold classes outside and ensure sufficient space inside for people to exercise safely. A wonderful group of people who have adapted admirably to the frequent changes of the last 12 months without making it seem like a hassle at all!
Excellent gym! Beautiful setting, very friendly place with very knowledgeable trainers. It is a small, private place were everyone feels welcome and part of the family. The facilities are clean and tidy, there is enough equipment to get people achieve their goals. And you can exercise outside, whilst watching sheep, lambs,squirrels and dogs Highly recommend this place!!
Great atmosphere, great staff. Feels totally safe and clean to go work out there, everything is brilliantly laid out and spacious. Plus the amazing outdoor garden which is not only perfect for restrictions but also just a lovely place to work out. The classes are great, at good times and perfect for all abilities.
I started my weight loss journey with Exclusive Gym in November 2017 at 36 stone, now circa 15 months later I have lost nearly 100 kg in total, having start in Aug 17 at 40 stones. I had never used the services of a Personal Trainer before and was skeptical having seen them at commercial gyms before. I'm now regularly doing two sessions a week with Exclusive, around three exercise classes a week and two to three hours cardio in another gym on my my own. I'm so much healthier, more confident and feel reborn. The environment offered particularly in the Stourbridge branch sees you training one on one in a well equipped gym , just you and the trainer, similarly at Worcester it is often the case. This was perfect for me as I was embarrassed by my size and had limited mobility. The trainers who are part of Phil's team are all excellent and I have trained with the majority of them over the last 1.5 years, meeting a few as intermittent holiday cover. My regular trainers are Phil and Dawn who get a special shout out for the inventive and enjoyable workouts they plan. The balance between encouragement and progression is just right and I have been able to do things I would not attempt on my own, including running outside. The work out after care is thoughtful with great communication and follow up, similarly the planning of both the programme and alignment to your own personal goals is great. If your hesitant about working out, want some guidance to get you on track in a gym then Exclusive is the place to go. Paul Guest -
I have been training with Iain at stourbridge.He has been fantastic with his explanations and training throughout.He has been patient with me throughout and gone at a pace that I I could manage.Would highly recommend him
This is a very small, friendly gym where you never feel under pressure, the staff are very well qualified and always happy to help clients in any way. This is the gym for you if you are older but still wanting to keep fit.
Very easy to work with and understanding Training from Phil with great knowledge and support along the way, would 100% recommend.
Used Phil for a few years now, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gym. Great personal touch.
