Solv is a fantastic training and fitness company. I usually attend the morning bootcamp classes which are always varied and challenging. Mike is always on hand to support and push you to your limits which makes you try harder, get fitter and love it even more! Everyone I ever meet there is always so friendly and encouraging. The large space is also great and the tunes keep you buzzing!! I would highly recommend SOLV!!!

Highly recommended. You never get fed up of the workouts always different. Always amazed at there ability to get the best out of everyone what ever level that are at. This is a gym with a difference!

A fantastic new gym facility that mixes fitness and fun. Solv seems to achieve the impossible and mix hard work and enjoyment to create a welcoming workout environment that you look forward to visiting time and time again. Combine that with the very latest in gym equipment and coaching techniques, and the end result is somewhere where I feel I've achieved results faster than ever before. Highly recommended...

Constantly challenging workouts - with ace support from Coach Mike. There is nothing like Crossfit, and once you've tried it I defy you not to love it! I can also recommend bootcamp as a jumping off point if you are nervous about getting started. The space is beautiful and Mike and Charlotte are friendly and welcoming. I have definitely found my people :)
