Here at PG Estates, as we are only involved in lettings and property management, we aim to ensure we give an exceptional service. We do this by providing a high level of personal service to our clients. We ensure we know them, we know their properties and we know their tenants. We have been in business since 1986 and combine experience, good local knowledge, effective communication and hard work. We have evolved from a family firm but still retain the ethos of ensuring we develop good, long-term relationships with our landlords and provide a high quality yet friendly service for our tenants.

PG Estates is an excellent agency. I have been using their property management service for nearly 15 years and I have found the people on the management team to be professional, proactive, informed, communicative and always easy to reach. The owner is also on hand if needed to give knowledgeable and intelligent advice on any issues or queries that one may have. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting a serious and professional management service.
Highly recommend PG estates to find a home! They were superb. Lyra Winters was my real estate agent and she was amazing! She is so friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the whole process, which made us feel reassured particularly helpful for us as we were new to country. 5 star service!

My partner and I had very positive experiences with PG Estates during our 3 year stay in our rental flat. They've got an intuitive website that lets you submit a repair, and we'd always receive quick responses back e.g. we had to submit 3 repairs during out 3 years. Their communication was very good in these instances. I'd like to shoutout Akash, Lissy and Lyra, whom we've worked with most. Lyra helped us find replacement tenants really quickly when we moved out, and she was thorough and kind to work with throughout the process. Overall highly recommend PG Estates. I know many estate agents don't have the best reputations, but PG is an outlier and is great to work with

I have had an amazing experience with PG Estates. I have recently moved into one of their properties and the process was so easy with the help of Zahra and the agents. I got a viewing right away, the payment process was no stress, and they freshly painted the apartment and had a cleaning service before I moved in. I am an international student, so having a safe and comfortable place to live is important when you’re in a different country. PG Estates gave me exactly that!
We have been using PG Estates as our letting and managing agents for two flats in Islington for 9 years. We have been very happy with all aspects of their service, covering letting, management and accounts. The team are all pleasant to deal with, efficient and responsive.
We were with PG Estates for 15 years and their service was consistently brilliant from start to finish. They gave useful up-to-date information during Covid19 and when we sold the flat a few weeks ago they provided a smooth close including a full Inventory and a spotlessly clean flat.
