Rude and unprofessional.  Called out twice to the same job and failed to sort it on both occasions then charged me anyway. Can not believe they treat anyone like that. Use them at your peril.

I had a problem which was analysed by James a few days ago, and the new valve required was installed by Bill this morning. I just want to tell you that you have two absolutely first rate people on your team: courteous, punctual, obviously highly competent, and willing to explain to a dummy like me, what had gone wrong, and what they were doing.

I  and my wife were immensely impressed -and grateful. I almost look forward to next year's annual service! My thanks. I trust they have the opportunity to show younger guys just how the job should be done.

Writing on behalf of my mother who had this company in to replace her shower. The person who did the shower made a complete mess of the bathroom which was not cleaned up, also he did not remove his boots whilst working in the bath. This has trodden dust and tile in to the bath and stratched and cracked it. They have treated my mother shockingly and have been so rude.
I cannot believe that this treatment of a pensioner is still going on in this day and age.
Let me stress the rating of one star is only because i cant give and big fat 0.

The team were really good and sorted out my hot water issue at a very reasonable price, i have added them to my address book and will definitely be using them again.
