Kevin was the service engineer who came for my annual boiler service. He phoned beforehand to let me know his arrival time. He was punctual and stated exactly who he was upon arrival. Before he stepped inside be removed his shoes.
He showed competence and serviced the boiler with efficiency and without asking me for the manual. He also speedily identified a small plumbing issue that I asked him about and fixed the problem before he left.
Throughout Kevin was courteous and very helpful and gave verbal feedback regarding the servicing of the boiler.
I hope he will do my service again next year. Thanks Kevin.

Excellent company to deal with, came out same day & Kevin diagnosed problem with central heating controller in a very efficient manner
He left me Gary their Electrician’s number
Who has since replaced controller with an updated version & all now works perfectly!
Will definitely use your services again

very fast response and efficient repair. plumber i first contacted was more expensive and didnt turn up. i would highly recommend A & D

New boiler fitted various radiators replaced .cant fault any work kevin did  left them to it and they got on with the task .

A reliable and competent service..our regular engineer{ Matt } is always efficient and can be left to work without supervision. We would like to  thank Matt for his work and wish everyone at A&D plumbing a very Merry Christmas and happy new year for 2016 / 2017
