Amazing service! They arranged for Rob to attend at such short notice (water dripping from the boiler on to the socket tripping the electrics etc).  The service & professionalism was first class or old school. The work & cost was discussed beforehand, no grey areas & to be honest the cost was reasonable.    Definitely no hesitation in recommending & will be using again. Thank you

I have used CP&H twice, including the replacement of a combination boiler and upgrade of my home central heating system.  They have provided very good service, honest advice and aftercare.  Pleasure to deal with a company that is organised and one that actually knows what they are doing; all too rare these days!!

Very upset that this company did unnecessary work.  Had a leak coming from the lounge ceiling.  Mark found the problem in the spare room heating pipes. Corrected it supposedly. £524 pounds later the same leak was still there. Called another company in and it was a frozen outdoor pipe that was to blame, not internal pipes. Pipe was sorted and leak stopped. Spoke with the manager who had no sympathy and refused any refund or accountability. You live and learn. I now pay for British Gas Homeserve to avoid large bills especially the ones by unscrupulous companies!

James has serviced our boiler annually a couple of times now. Always friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.
