Story

ACCOMODATION
Here at the Pets Country Manor we have 61 double rooms which are large enough for upto 2 cats and 8 family suites which are large enough for 4 cats. (we also have rooms where we can take the partition out so the room becomes large enough for large families of cats) our double rooms are 40 sq ft and family suites are 50 sq ft. All rooms come with 20 sq ft ceiling height climbing walls! and have their own private thermostatically heated bedroom, dining room and en suite PLUS playrooms containing climbing walls and toys. all rooms also have panoramic windows with sunrise/sunset views.
We have no members of staff -its just the two of us (Vicky and Craig) so we can guarantee the time, care and attention that each pet receives. it also helps pets settle in much more quickly as they only have to get used to the two of us (instead of different staff members, volunteers, work experience)

HISTORY
After opening the Bowring Park Luxury Cattery and Small Animal Hotel in 2009 we found ourselves turning away hundreds of customers every year due to us being fully booked for most of the year, plus with our business being in a residential area we had certain restrictions from our local council therefore we decided to move premises in order to expand our business and sold our house in Bowring Park to open the Pets Country Manor in Tarbock Green.

WHATS INCLUDED
pretty much everything! each room comes with beds, blankets, bowls, toys etc and all litter and food is provided so all you'll need to bring is your cat and their vaccination cards! -on the booking form there is a menu section which lists all the food that we provide, if the food you feed your cat at home isnt on the menu then your welcome to provide your own.

CAN I VISIT YOU FIRST?
Yes you are welcome to view our facilities between mid february and the end of october monday-friday between 11:00-3:00 without appointments. if you'd like to view between november and mid february you must make an appointment and this will be at 10:45am only (limited availability for viewings)

OPENING TIMES
mid feb-end of oct We are open monday-friday 9:00-5:30 and saturdays 9:00-1:00. (pets can be dropped off with us anytime between these times and we will see them into their rooms, however if you would like to settle your pet into their room yourself this can only be done between monday-friday 11:00-3:00, this is because mornings and late afternoons are our busiest times and because we dont have any members of staff so we will need to put them into their rooms, but during 11:00-3:00 we should have more time to show each customer into the cattery/hotel and allow them to put their pets in themselves).
WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS.

nov-mid feb our winter opening hours are mon-fri 9-11am (& 4-5pm for pre booked appointments). saturdays 9:00-1:00pm. viewings are limited to 10:45am weekdays and you'll need to book an appointment

just a reminder to all customers booking in that you MUST READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE CAREFULLY!! the most important part of our terms and conditions is that 'in the event of any cancellations we MUST HAVE 7 DAYS NOTICE otherwise the full amount is still payable! the deposit is non refundable and non transferable. and cats must be vaccinated
customers wishing to make a last minute booking within the next 7 days are required to make full payment.

The reason we dont pencil anyone in is because we are a small business with just the two of us and we rely on being able to trust customers! which is why we ask for a signed booking form before we will take any bookings!

BOOKING IN
To book in just contact us first to check availability then send us a completed booking form and a £30 deposit, once we've received them we'll give you a call to confirm your pets booking. booking forms are available to download from our website, then send them to us with the deposit in the post, or drop it round to us anytime by popping it in the letterbox, or you can email us the form and do a bank transfer for the deposit.
