I CANNOT praise this store enough . Today was just … staff went above and beyond . Attended - saw a jumper that we loved and well it was not there also been simply discontinued, Hannah went above and beyond to find which store had it and arranged for it to be sent out . Thereafter she did it again and ordered second one from another store . The store has great selection on variations of food, clothes and stuff for all animals whatever size they are . This store has been in my heart ever since we discovered it a few years ago and due to the fact that there are items that are not in the “generic pet shops”, we will definitely be returning THANK YOU to both Hannah and the other store member for all of your support
The staff and in particular Sian were extremely helpful and informative. And our Labrador ‘Winnie’ definitely loved the attention! Thank you
I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
Great experience shopping at Pets corner Upminster today. Katie was very helpful and spent lots of time fitting the right harness to my little teddy chihuahua/Jack Russell Teddy felt comfortable around Katie which was great as he can be a little nervous sometimes. Visited here today for advice on my dogs food as he seems to have developed a skin allergy all of a sudden. The young girl who helped me was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I came away with some very good advice and options to try to alleviate the problem. Thank you so much for giving me your time, it was very much appreciated.
Very friendly and approachable and informative and helped me with the products I needed for a holiday away. Helped with choosing jumpers, treats and discussing dog food! Sian and Jen are a great team and definitely double trouble in a good way!
Friendly welcome, well-stocked shelves, quality dog / cat /wild bird products. Pick n Mix dog treats pricey - prefer to scoop just a few treats rather than a box worth. Font size of your signage is too small /low down but worth a visit with our old dogs. They love it!
