Rude rude rude will never go back the customer service is awful i'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews but this place in an exception to the rule...yes that bad. I had a voucher for food from royal canin and all he did was moan moan moan about how difficult they were etc about the food voucher to the point where I wasn't even sure he would order in line with the t&cs, he even proceeded to tell me that he had fallen out with loads of other customers and local vets (to be honest I'm not surprised with an attitude like his) when I told him that the voucher was out of my control and that I didn't like the way he was speaking to me as it's not my fault, he flew off the handle shouting at me, I picked up the food, politely thanked him and declined the opportunity to come back he then said "I'm barred" in rage!!! Will not be recommending this company to anyone and will be reporting them to Ofcom and/or trading standards

Took my Tibetan Terrier here today for her first cut and they have done a fabulous job. I'm so pleased. My Shih Tzu has been going here for a couple of years and they have always cut him well.
